Orchestration & Automation

YELLOW

M365 rollout continues, with Office Suite, Teams, and Office app automation actively deploying. Device provisioning is progressing, with Zero Touch available for new devices already enrolled in Apple Business Manager (ABM). Support processes are being established, including ticket routing through Stagwell IT. Upcoming hires are being supported through device reclamation and reassignment planning. Follow-up sessions have been scheduled to troubleshoot business-critical Box document access issues.

Blockers

Box documents created as Google files remain inaccessible or uneditable because Box content was not migrated. One device remains unenrolled and inactive for approximately one month. Existing hardware outside ABM requires manual enrollment before redeployment. Operational processes for onboarding/offboarding, device returns, and inventory ownership are still being finalized. Google licensing must remain active to support Box authentication until a separate Box migration project is completed. Additional support issues remain (Okta login, OneNote recovery, iOS Mail vs. Outlook).

Leadership Context

Box migration has been identified as a separate future project requiring approval and planning. Apple Business Manager domain capture will be needed to convert personal Apple IDs to managed corporate accounts. Leadership decisions are still needed on SharePoint branding/separation requirements and long-term support model (including potential on-site support cadence). Device inventory and reuse planning is important to support new hires without additional hardware purchases.

Networking Dev Ops

YELLOW

Overall office build remains on schedule despite construction dependencies. Meeting room installation timeline is tracking as planned. Updated move-in schedule: Mono: Week of July 27; CMV: Week of August 10. Furniture delivery is scheduled for July 17, followed by installation beginning July 18. Convergint installation remains planned for mid-July. Office setup, workstation staging, Robin floor planning, and decommissioning activities are actively being coordinated.

Blockers

Electrical room drywall and duct work continue to delay infrastructure work but are not expected to impact schedule if completed within the next week. Fiber optics (FS order) remains delayed due to finance/credit card approval. Cat 6 installation must be rescheduled after vendor cancellation (currently targeting July 2). Some cameras and speakers for ArchKey are backordered. Mono requested additional meeting room displays, but adding second TVs would require reconstruction and cannot be completed before move-in. Final building inspection remains a dependency before staff can occupy the office. Allocation of the dedicated IT storage room is still awaiting confirmation.

Leadership Context

Finance approval process for fiber purchases may require escalation to prevent future procurement delays. Leadership decision is needed regarding conference room decommissioning timing to balance business operations with move activities. Additional support resources will be required during decommissioning (late July through early August). Decision on dedicated IT storage space remains important for secure equipment management after move-in.

P3

PRJ-025 Stagwell Global - Singapore Office Hub

Networking Dev Ops

GREEN

Firewall and high availability deployment has been successfully completed following extensive troubleshooting. Core project implementation is complete, including meeting Strata Cloud requirements. Remaining work is limited to core service configuration, Microsoft service templating, and conference room testing prior to handoff.

Blockers

No major project blockers remain.

Leadership Context

Project is transitioning from implementation to validation and operational readiness. Remaining activities are focused on testing and configuration rather than infrastructure deployment, with Day 2 operational support expected after completion.

YELLOW

This project is way past its deadline but we are slowly making progress. We have gathered new information about how they want/need to be setup on SKDK's environment. We have internal sessions scheduled this week to create several suggestions regarding the setup to avoid multiple licensing whilst ensuring collaboration is in place. Target is to meet with the agency and schedule an external kickoff by EOW or early next week.

We are tentatively scheduled to rename all users from Forsman to 72andsunny on July 9th. Commnications will be coordinated with the agency within the week.
