RED

Go-live is proceeding for ADK - Assembly Australia and Hongkong this April 9 - 10. Other regions are for scheduling in the succeeding weeks.

Blockers

Blocker: We need answer from leadership if the domains will be transferred over to the Assembly tenant. We need to understand the legalities of the acquisition, if the name and the domain will still be used.

Leadership Context

Need extra push on this as it may cause delays in go-live for all regions

Doner: - Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM): Following the metadata walkthrough, both Stagwell and Doner now have a clear and aligned understanding of the path forward. Stagwell has finalized the overall migration approach, while Doner will identify the pilot assets for migration and complete metadata cleanup to address current mismatches. Once Doner provides the pilot assets and prioritized metadata, the migration will commence. -Fusion AI–Driven Intake: The kickoff call was held this week to address new questions that surfaced as the Stagwell team began developing the Fusion AI automation. These questions were addressed during the session, and a live demo was presented to the Doner team to showcase how the automation functions. Next steps include finalizing the remaining fields requiring modification and reviewing the use cases that Doner will provide by Monday. A recurring cadence call has been scheduled to monitor progress. -Project Boards: Chelsey confirmed that she will begin working on this item. The teams will regroup to review requirements and walk through sample project boards, including examples that Adobe may provide.

CMV: - Monday → Workfront Migration: Scope review completed and confirmed that a full migration is no longer required. Yamamoto has list of Programs and Projects provided to Daniel for migration via kickstart. Yamamoto is currently completing Workfront 101 training. Active projects ending in April will remain in Monday; projects extending beyond April will be migrated to Workfront by the Yamamoto team using new templates and newly created tasks. Archived projects will be exported to Excel for historical reference. The related Workfront project opportunity has been updated accordingly. Task Time Automation: An issue was raised regarding admin jobs not being auto‑assigned correctly. The prior delay issue has been resolved, and the automation has been updated to dynamically assign admin hours as new jobs are created in Workfront. Hannah will retest and confirm resolution.

Harris Poll – Due to delays in completing onboarding requirements and recent organizational changes, the UAT kick‑off has been moved, resulting in a corresponding shift to the technical go‑live timeline. A regular cadence call has been established to track progress, align on next steps, and proactively address risks and implementation issues. Next steps: Costing tool walkthrough, receipt of the final UAT user list from Harris Poll, and completion of Maconomy data cleanup.

Blockers

Outstanding Maconomy data cleanup remains a pre‑launch dependency UAT tester coverage by persona not yet finalized

Leadership Context

Schedule Costing Tool walkthrough next week to ensure we have real-world examples and Salesforce devs needed if close‑won stage updates must bypass Salesforce locks. Finalized list of UAT users to ensure alignment prior UAT kick-off including Maconomy clean-up to address before go‑live to avoid compounding issues.
