The 72 and sunny dashboards are now live. Pending work is on the data. Arun is coordinating with Sai of the Adobe team and Milda, Duco, and Dani for the data migration and cleanup. Goal is to complete the data set up by 1st week of August, so users can test-use the dashboards in Prod before the decommissioning of Kantata in September.

Similar to our experience with Tony during the two-week project, the team is noticing inconsistencies with data provided by Sai. Arun and Manoj are quick to provide feedback and suggest ways to resolve the issue.

Leadership Context

The agency is starting to draft a communication plan for the dashboards’ go live and migration plan for the rest of their Kantata data.

For code and theory tickets, the team is prioritizing the resolution of timesheet issues during month end. Working sessions were conducted throughout the day yesterday from morning til evening to fix the P1 issues. Issues were resolved, and the only items pending are the reports requested by the agency.

Initial risk was the volume of data that needed to be corrected, but Lauren was able to get help from Trupti’s team and Adobe, so this was mitigated.

According to Priya’s update during the call earlier, the solution design document is ready for Stagwell’s review and approval. Once Samantha gets back from her leave, I will request for the document to be added through the proof process.
