The only risk so far is regarding lining up the upcoming UK discoveries. Paul is wanting to hit three of them in April (Goodstuff, INK, and Locaria - previously slated for June) however, it really depends on the availability of BOTH agencies, and Odin)

-Schedule 30/60/90 Project Planning session for Veritas and 72. -Work with Claudine on upcoming Copilot Training sessions for CMV.

Entering Phase 2 of the project: Rebrand The domain is 100% warmed up. Team currently have working sessions both internally and with the agency to work on pre-staging applications for the upcoming domain change. Goal is to pre-stage all applications within the next 10 working days.

No blockers for now. Risk: Might not reach the April 1st timeline for Workfront as agency wants to be rebranded before going to Workfront. Realistically speaking, it is possible but it would be rushed.

Team has working sessions scheduled throughout the week for removing Google and Slack out of Rippling and tying it directly to Okta. This is part of their upcoming UKG Go-Live on 1st week of April.

Migration is ongoing for all ADK regions. We already completed migrating 2 years worth of mailbox data. Ongoing migration still for Teams, Sharepoint, and other file repositories. Once migration is finished for the rest of the storage, we will proceed with cutting over/going live per region. Goal is to start the series of cutovers by 1st week of April. (highly dependent on migration speed)

Risk: Device procurement. This piece is being handled by Craig, Kevin Whelan, and Forbes. As per last update this is taking longer than expected due to delays in processing the documents on the Assembly side. The risk is the devices are made to order and it would take time to ship these devices to the regions before June. We are running the risk of these users not being able to work by June.

72andSunny proposed proxy users as resolution for missing users issue c/o Arun. Once added, Arun can migrate tasks completely and Milda can review the dashboards. Red status because the Mar-30 deadline to push dashboards to Prod isn’t possible now.

Jessica still hasn’t provided the table/field data mappings needed to resolve the Periodic Budget/Cost Rates issue for the Dashboards.

Leadership Context

Original Mar-31 target date for 3 dashboard’ Production migration needs to be revisited.

Code & Theory’s agency support queue is consistently being monitored, and issues assigned to the Stagwell team are addressed or resolved accordingly. It was confirmed through Jessica that Maconomy Support is also providing support to the agency.

There was a delay from the agency side the past few days due to the holiday in India on Thursday and holiday in the Philippines on Friday.

Leadership Context

Tickets causing Code to not be able to function as they did in Grail are 1) user issues pending in Maconomy (action item c/o both Code & Maconomy), and 2) migration/set-up issues to be addressed by the agency.

Subham completed the technical sections of the Scope Doc v2, and I sent out the WBS draft for Adobe & Stagwell’s review. Meeting on Monday with Subham and Manoj to finalize the project plan on Workfront. Within next week, the scope doc and project plan will be out for review by the rest of the team.

Blockers

Manoj is the sole resource responsible for the Data Warehouse spanning 1/2 of the WBS with multiple projects he’s working on in parallel. It’s understood that this likely won’t be prioritized if the other projects urgently need his attention.

Once the project plan is in place, we’ll have a target date to work towards. Target is to have this finalized within next week.
