PRJ-017 Stagwell Global - Skunkworks – Finance Payroll Automation Project

Networking Dev Ops

YELLOW

Azure infrastructure approach validated (App Service, Entra ID, Key Vault, monitoring). Security approved provisioning Dev and QA environments only with no production data. Cedric is building the Azure landing zone and testing required connectivity components (API proxy, response modification, credential injection). CI/CD setup in Gale GitHub will proceed once environments are available.

Blockers

Production infrastructure cannot be provisioned until security review and SOC 2 scope determination are completed. Final decisions pending for SSO routing (Entra ID vs Okta) and Azure WAF implementation approach.

Leadership Context

Infrastructure work is progressing with Dev/QA environments as the current approved scope. Production deployment remains dependent on security review outcomes. Target timeline remains end of March, making environment readiness and security decisions the key milestones.

P2

PRJ-008 Team - Jetfuel Onboarding

Orchestration & Automation

YELLOW

Initial alignment on migrating JetFuel Google Workspace and existing M365 tenant data into the Constellation M365 tenant. Proposed use of BitTitan (Google → M365) and ShareGate (SharePoint tenant-to-tenant). Planning underway for domain migration, identity approach, and migration tooling.

Blockers

Updated JetFuel user inventory is required to finalize migration mapping and licensing. Constellation currently has limited E3/E5 license availability. Domain migration of jetfuelstudio.com will require coordination with the SaaS team.

Leadership Context

Estimated migration scope is ~1.6TB across email and collaboration data, with a projected 1–2-month migration once scope and licensing are confirmed. Additional review needed for JetFuel’s Mac/Apple device environment and identity changes.

P3

PRJ-022 Assembly - Hong Kong Office Move and Decommission

Networking Dev Ops

YELLOW

Orders signed and access to the space granted. Construction expected to start next week. Lead times identified: networking (3–5 weeks), TVs (4 weeks), AV (4 weeks), optional firewall longest. ISP provider lined up; deployment work planned for April.

Blockers

Office keys and full landlord/legal approvals delayed but now access granted. Firewall installation optional but has the longest lead time. ISP installation not yet complete. Coordination needed to align buildout and deployment schedules.

Leadership Context

Business targets end-of-April completion. Infra work will focus on network, AV, and deployment tasks during April, contingent on construction and ISP readiness. Key dependencies remain on buildout schedule and vendor lead times.

72andSunny's full data migration is completed c/o Arun (pre-req to Milda's final review of 3 dashboards for Prod migration), except for a few tasks due to missing users. Currently being investigated by the agency. 5th dashboard's development in progress c/o PBI team, with Arun on standby for testing.

Blockers

Periodic budgeting and Cost rates were blockers, but now that we've talked to Jonathan (Deltek), the agency can brainstorm resolutions. Internal agency discussions are ongoing.

Leadership Context

Target for agency to sign off 3 dashboards and for PBI team to push to production is still end of month.

Code & Theory’s queue spiked after their go-live, adding to older open tickets. Been working with Core IT, Maconomy, UKG, and C&T's HR to resolve user issues. Scheduled a 1-hr session with engineers on Monday to triage and assign new tickets; discussions/brainstorming to happen outside the call.

Blockers

Only Daniel is involved in agency conversations, so engineers can’t act independently, slowing progress and increasing his workload.

Leadership Context

Our team is targeting to close a large volume of tickets before our upcoming weekly call.

Had a productive data warehouse discussion with Manoj and Unai, with Anthony helping us understand the solution. On the PMO side I’ll start drafting the scope document with Trupti and Adobe and create a project plan to estimate the target end date, which Unai marked as ASAP.

Blockers

Only Anthony fully understands the solution, so if he’s unavailable the teams will be on hold for any questions until he returns.

Leadership Context

Targeting to share v1 of the timeline with leadership by the end of next week.

Blockers

Project Boards: Temporarily deprioritized pending completion of the timesheet enhancement UAT, which is the current focus and expected to wrap next week.

Leadership Context

A Maconomy–Workfront status mismatch presents a timesheet data accuracy risk; a CAB integration enhancement is underway to remediate.

Agency Enablement: Learning path curation advancing for Harris X; ALM walkthroughs supporting readiness for Movers + Shakers. Self‑Sufficiency: OneStream Train‑the‑Trainer scheduled to enable independent learning path management and close onboarding. Content Readiness: Crispin and Assembly onboarding progressing, including training access, structure alignment, and MediaOcean enablement. Overall Status:On-track Next Steps: Next Steps -Finalize CSC learning path governance and update model. -Complete ALM knowledge transfer and confirm post‑transition ownership. -Publish Harris X learning paths and provision access. -Execute Movers + Shakers walkthrough and confirm onboarding readiness. -Complete OneStream Train‑the‑Trainer and formally close ALM onboarding. -Secure Crispin materials and ingest content into ALM. -Complete Assembly access setup and onboard MediaOcean training.

Blockers

None so far

Leadership Context

These updates reflect continued progress in scaling ALM as a core enablement platform across CSC and agency partners, while proactively managing transition risk and driving self‑sufficiency. Near‑term focus is on establishing clear governance for CSC learning paths, ensuring operational continuity following key team changes, and accelerating agency readiness through targeted onboarding and Train‑the‑Trainer models. Collectively, this work advances standardized learning, reduces dependency on central teams over time, and positions agencies to independently manage and sustain their training programs within ALM.

Current Focus CMV – Timesheet Integration: CAB enhancement submitted to resolve Maconomy ↔ Workfront status mismatches, with a standardized solution targeted for cross‑agency scale (e.g., Doner). UNR – Solution Alignment: Early solution design and demo completed; focus shifting to documenting non‑negotiable requirements. Sandbox access enabled to support hands‑on validation. Overall Status:On-track Next Steps: -Advance CAB enhancement through design and implementation to stabilize and scale the CMV integration. -Finalize and incorporate UNR non‑negotiable requirements into the Solution Design. -Schedule next UNR working session with Scott Maurer to deepen requirements capture and continue Workfront demos.

Blockers

Initial solution design draft, waiting for sign-off/approval from UNR Core-Team.

Leadership Context

Progress continues on stabilizing core integrations while advancing agency‑specific enablement. The CMV CAB enhancement targets a scalable fix for Maconomy–Workfront timesheet issues, reducing recurring risk and manual effort. In parallel, UNR has moved from initial validation to requirements alignment, ensuring a fit‑for‑purpose solution before build commitment—balancing near‑term risk mitigation with long‑term scalability across agencies.
