This is a tightly sequenced onboarding program with several interdependent workstreams converging in the May–June 2026 window. Execution focus is on maintaining alignment across migration, identity integrations, and endpoint readiness to support a smooth cutover. We will continue to adjust sequencing as needed based on dependency progress and confirm dates as they stabilize.

Site is fully live and operational. Transitioned into Day 2 activities, including monitoring setup. Documentation and configuration details currently under review. Firewall replacement is in progress, with vendor coordination ongoing. Conference room account setup issues remain as a minor outstanding item.
