P1

PRJ-017 Stagwell Global - Skunkworks – Finance Payroll Automation Project

Networking Dev Ops

YELLOW

As of 3/23, Skunkworks is in execution and planning production deployment next week. The key focus is completing all testing and deployment tasks today to meet the mid-week testing target for go-live. Development and production environments are already deployed, and configuration tuning was in progress. DNS has been requested, but final naming confirmation may still be pending.

Blockers

Time-critical execution remains the main risk: any incomplete testing or deployment could delay next week’s go-live. DNS naming still requires confirmation. Coordination dependencies (deployment session and shared mailbox setup) may also still pose minor execution risk if not already closed.

Leadership Context

This remains a high-priority, time-sensitive initiative with immediate visibility due to the upcoming go-live. At this stage, leadership attention is primarily on confirmation of readiness and whether any last-mile issues could impact launch timing.

P2

PRJ-008 Team - Jetfuel Onboarding

Orchestration & Automation

YELLOW

The team confirmed the migration approach across account provisioning, mailbox and data migration, device management, and support. Account provisioning in the Constellation tenant and core migration scope (Gmail to Exchange and Drive to OneDrive) are confirmed, with Okta already populated and support integration defined. Device migration (Jamf → SentinelOne) and Box-to-SharePoint direction are also aligned at a high level.

Blockers

A detailed timeline is still pending and will be refined as backend setup and initial migration steps complete. The MDM migration has not started and is pending Andre scheduling kickoff sessions with stakeholders. Applications currently using Google SSO, including Box, must be transitioned to Okta SAML before cutover to avoid access issues. Remote users and limited visibility into app dependencies could affect migration sequencing.

Leadership Context

Stakeholders are requesting a holistic plan covering migration, MDM, applications, and support. A consolidated timeline and cutover estimate will follow after initial migration steps. Box migration is being scoped separately; a discovery session is scheduled tomorrow to review authentication, configuration, and potential approach, but exact scope and timing are still to be determined.

P3

PRJ-025 Stagwell Global - Singapore Office Hub

Networking Dev Ops

GREEN

The Singapore Office Hub has most infrastructure in place, including internet, firewall, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and basic security systems. Current work is focused on finalizing meeting room configurations, Logitech Sync setup, and coordinating access with the local engineer. Documentation for room configurations, calendar integration, and Robin linkage is still being prepared, and some badge/card provisioning depends on hiring an office manager.

Blockers

Outstanding tasks include completing room system setup, finalizing access control and credentials, and ensuring documentation is complete for operational handoff. A minor hardware dependency (ISP redundancy component) may still need resolution.

Leadership Context

The project is in the final build-out phase with several execution-focused tasks remaining. Leadership attention should be on tracking completion of room configurations, security setup, and documentation, and on ensuring local ownership is established once the office manager is hired.

TEAM: They have their first Stagwell status call on Friday - we are going to go through the Maconomy cleanup deck. Anomaly: Call with their team and Paul tomorrow to discuss the implementation concerns and current timelines. F&B: Coordinating with their team - onsite is confirmed for April 28-30. Going to start the Welcome Kit deck this week. INK, Goodstuff, Locaria: Trying to coordinate these to happen in April - need to work with Priya to see pod availability. Allison: Had their Exec Brief yesterday - sent them their homework. Next step is coordinating a secondary briefing (they will have a complicated discovery structure as their organization is so large) Targeted Victory: Still in process of firming up when Welcome Kit / Discovery sessions will take place. They need to be complete with development/UAT stuff by August (they have a hard freeze August - end of the year for election stuff) Next step is to coordinate further with Max. NRG & Redscout: Archie has provided me a warm welcome to the teams - working on dates with their team currently for the Executive Briefings.

Blockers

Risk: INK, Goodstuff, Locaria: pod availability on the Odin side.

PRJ-011 AI Enablement

Stagwell CSC Program

GREEN

Hunter: Their Copilot sessions have been set up for next week and comms have been sent out to their team. Working on getting trainings on the calendar for Adobe items also. Colle McVoy: Copilot initial training session was completed next week. Next step is to connect with Claudine to see what topics they would like to hit for the advanced sessions, and relay that to the training team. Allison: During their Exec Brief, they indicated they are interested in beginning the AI Enablement track at the same time as their CSC journey, so I am going to provide them with resources, and then get a kickoff call on the calendar to go through the 30/60/90 day plan. 72 and Sunny & Veritas - the next step is still to schedule the follow up meeting for going over the project plans. Submitting the AI Enablement Project Plans with Proofs for approvals: I have filled out the project plan scope information for each of the agencies. I need to create one for Allison still. Once I do this, I will resubmit for approval. 1 Pager and Comms docs: Reply (the Microsoft Training partner) has provided comms documentation templates to use in this initiative. I am in the progress of reviewing them and providing feedback.

On-site for 4/2: Deck and Agenda. I have put together a shell deck for the onsite, and have been formalizing the agenda. Completing all of the coordination tasks leading up to our onsite - head counts, in office items such as lunch and space reservations, and making sure the prep work is ready for that workshop.

Putting this in Yellow just because the go-live is near but the project is on track. Kevin and Damian, got access to Google and setup to M+S Okta is ongoing. We have a session with KAtie today to discuss Slack and pre-stage it for April 1st. Plan is to go-live with Google and Slack on Thursday. The rest of the applications can be day 2 items as agreed upon with Lorraine and Katie.

Jace and Reynah's internal working sessions are ongoing with priority of setting up Google for the mediacurrent rebrand. We are working with Paul Gorospe from EUC to setup the other applications which are not tied to Okta (Figma and Slack). We will not be able to reach the April 1st Workfront go-live so in the upcoming days, we will be performing discovery sessions with possible both Maconomy and Workfront team to identify the renaming process on the WF side.

ADK Australia and ADK Hongkong are ready to go-live. 2/9 regions. We are targeting to close this in the next 2 weeks. Currently coordinating the go-live with Local IT Contacts. Migration is still ongoing for the rest of the ADK regions. We will continue to do this and go-live with the regions one by one as they complete the migration.

Blockers

Update from last week :Risk: Device procurement. This piece is being handled by Craig, Kevin Whelan, and Forbes. As per last update this is taking longer than expected due to delays in processing the documents on the Assembly side. The risk is the devices are made to order and it would take time to ship these devices to the regions before June. We are running the risk of these users not being able to work by June. Craig is out last week, still same update. Will connect with him this week to get this moving.

Doner > Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM): Initial TP has been conducted, and foundational questions around the initiative have been addressed. Doner is in the process of finalizing their assets, while Stagwell is reviewing and analyzing them to identify follow‑up questions and determine the most appropriate migration approach. >Fusion AI–Driven Intake: Initial TP has commenced to establish context for the initiative. Preliminary requirement‑related questions have been addressed. Stagwell is currently reviewing the requirements provided by Doner to assess and define the recommended approach. >Project Boards: Adobe has advised that they are also engaging with Doner on Project Boards related to project management activities. Adobe will coordinate and keep Stagwell informed on upcoming calls to ensure alignment and avoid duplicate efforts across both teams.

Blockers

Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM) - only risk is that Jenn is out next week. Will have to coordinate to other Doner Team members regarding the questions we have for the asset's migration.
