14 Macs and ~4 PCs were enrolled this week, with remaining users requiring direct follow-up. A managed Apple ID approach was identified to address concerns around personal Apple ID data during enrollment. The team confirmed the JetFuelStudio.com domain takeover and Okta federation will run in parallel with the Google → M365 migration and will not impact cutover timing. SentinelOne rollout planning is underway, beginning with a pilot after enrollment completion. June 16 remains the tentative go-live date driving communications and training planning.

Some users remain hesitant to enroll devices due to personal Apple ID concerns. Remaining device enrollment requires targeted outreach and coordination. Device procurement for upcoming hires may take over a week, and mailbox conversion during migration could create tooling disruption and increase rework/costs.

Leadership Context

June 16 continues to serve as the anchor milestone for migration readiness, communications, and training. Broader identity and application consolidation efforts include Okta federation, Box migration under Okta, and cleanup of old or unused applications.

Wall racks have been moved onsite. Comcast is scheduled for May 14 to wire the MPOE and run fiber to the 4th floor. Security cabling and Crowe cabling are actively in progress. Missing equipment was recovered, providing enough PDUs, UPSs, and racks for deployment. Orchestration go-live remains on track, and the team is actively working to migrate AD in order to avoid standing up new on-prem infrastructure in the new environment.

Meraki network deployment is still pending delivery and finance/payment processing. Rack installation scheduling still requires confirmation and coordination ahead of the Comcast visit. Broader office move timing may shift toward mid-August due to furniture delays, though no material impact to Orch requirements has been identified at this time.

Leadership Context

Timeline risk is currently considered low, with focus remaining on ensuring 4th-floor rack readiness ahead of Comcast installation activities. Leadership has also approved additional server room workbench purchases once space allocation is finalized.

The site is operational and near completion. Firewall installation has been completed, with only final configuration work by Harry (Palo Alto) remaining before project closeout. The team is also awaiting delivery of approximately 100 access cards from JLL.

Blockers

Final firewall configuration remains dependent on Palo Alto resolving a cloud-side issue. Loaner equipment remains in use until configuration is completed and production equipment can be finalized.

Leadership Context

The project is in its final stabilization phase with minimal remaining effort. Access card delivery is being tracked operationally but is not considered a formal project dependency. Once firewall configuration is completed, the Singapore hub can be considered fully complete.

We were able to successfully integrate M365 and Adobe to Consulum this week. We have a meeting to discuss Proofpoint next week to proceed with the deployment. Goal is to onboard them on Proofpoint within May After that we will hand over them to Orchestration team for Device Management onboarding.

We successfully rebranded Mediacurrent to Current Agency this week. We will be monitoring the support channel until the following week because of Workfront. This is the first time we went live with a project with full effect of change in Workfront, hence the extended support for Mediacurrent.

WE were able to meet with the Sportbeach team this week to align on next steps for the project. We would pause the deployment until they align with legal about the validity of data migration for certain accounts. Next week, we will continue to cooperate with Antonio to facilitate discussions on strategy regarding to their full switch to SB accounts. Goal is to switch them fully to SB accounts, before or after Cannes Film Festival (July 2026)

Doner Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM): Stagwell and Adobe had a call to align the changes on the metadata schema. Changes have been deployed on the production. Stagwell plans to start migrating the folder that Doner is about give the heads up for. This will also help identify if any script modifications are needed, so we can make those adjustments accordingly. Additionally, we're exploring ways to handle the PSB files. Next steps: We have a scheduled Adobe/Stagwell + Jenn call this coming Tuesday, 5/12 to align between Adobe/Stagwell + Doner on how we approach the metadata migration in preparation for asset migration. Afterwhich, Jenn to provide go signal with pilot assets. Fusion AI–Driven Intake: UAT walkthrough session with Doner completed. Ongoing UAT with Doner - ETA 5/11. Next steps: Once UAT has been completed, Doner to provide sign-off approval to move the scenario to production environment(live). Project Boards: This remains a Priority 2 item.
