YELLOW

Convergint work is moving forward, though no firm install date yet. Plan is to align install + configuration in one visit once internet is ready. Comcast is able to move quickly once racks are hung and power is confirmed. Crowe is targeting mid-May for rack hanging and floor-to-floor fiber (4th floor). Hardware-wise, Meraki has been ordered. Amazon localized PO has been submitted and is pending approval. FS PO is also in the approval flow. Archkey is working to schedule a site walkthrough (likely Friday) and will handle planning/config/oversight while Crowe executes installation. Racks are being cleared and will be relocated to the mechanical room for reuse in 4th floor wiring. Printer contracts are expected by end of April, with delivery/install targeted for the third week of May.

Blockers

Main risk is Monoprice still stuck in finance approval, which is critical for termination (keystones/end caps). Lumen circuit has been ordered and expedited, but latest indication pushes install into June with no confirmed date. Electrical drawings are also overdue, which may impact timelines.

Leadership Context

This effort ties into broader office moves (including phased moves and office/AD decommissions). AD decommission is already in progress under Orchestration. Colle McVoy decommission is the only Infra-owned scope (targeting July–August), while other offices/agencies are managing their own.

P2

PRJ-022 Assembly - Hong Kong Office Move and Decommission

Networking Dev Ops

YELLOW

Meeting room names have been shared and planning for floor layouts and room setup is underway. Logitech panels and TVs have been delivered, with teardown already started and install targeted around April 27 (expected to complete within a day). CCTV/security equipment has been ordered and is expected to arrive April 27, aligned with move timing. ISP pre-run/full relocation activity is scheduled for April 24. HKBN work is complete, and HKT pre-wiring has been referenced.

Blockers

Meraki WAPs/firewalls still have no confirmed delivery date, which is preventing circuits from going live. Fusion is being followed up for shipping status, and there are delays in responses (including Robin Powered setup and vendor coordination).

Leadership Context

Team is aligned to proceed with available equipment and implement workarounds where needed. No major escalations at this stage—remaining items are mostly dependent on hardware arrival and vendor responsiveness.

P3

PRJ-025 Stagwell Global - Singapore Office Hub

Networking Dev Ops

GREEN

Decommission is largely complete, with most items already removed from Craig Road office. Final validation is underway to ensure anything needed has been transferred to the new site. Plan is also in place to assess and retain any reusable networking equipment (no servers present).

Blockers

No major blockers. Timeline is constrained by May 31 deadline for key return and access cutoff.

Leadership Context

Landlord is allowing a 3-month marketing period with the space “as-is,” which may reduce reinstatement costs if a new tenant retains the fit-out. Storage/reuse of equipment will be handled via the new hub where applicable.

PRJ-018 Harris Poll - Maru Merger

Communication & Collaboration

GREEN

This week, we were able to meet with Insight (possible 3rd party migration team) to do the Confluence Migration from Maru to Harris. Total migration cost would be around 68K on top of the additional licenses HP need to purchase to accommodate the users' move. Next week, we will meet with JT to asses the cost, make a decision if we will proceed with the migration or plan to decommission Confluence altogether and move the content somewhere else. We are also closing out the rest of the project in the next 2 weeks for the part 2 applications.

PRJ-024 Rhythm - Mediacurrent Merge-Rebrand

Communication & Collaboration

YELLOW

We were able to successfully stage and test Jake's user account for the rebrand. Test session went well, he was able to access all apps with no issues, with the exception of Workfront. He can access Workfront but username remains to be @mediacurrent.com Next week, I will work with Maconomy - WF Team to iron out the process with the automation in place which automatically syncs username changes on Maconomy to Workfront. WF is a low risk application. We were able to determine the WF is not tied to Okta so a username mismatch will not cause the users to lose access. However, it will be tied to Okta on May 5th, day of go-live.

Notes

- For 72NS dashboards, Jessica needs to provide the mapping details that she committed to providing over a month ago. - For EAC automation, Jessica needs to assign a resource who will provide task duration estimates for the Maconomy activities and Manoj also needs to update the estimates he initially provided for PBI activities.

RED

No progress on the remaining 72NS dashboards’ development because Jessica still hasn’t provided the necessary mapping details. For the completed dashboards, PBI team finally provided the updated technical documents after almost 3 weeks for Milda to review. Kantata and RSM data migration were completed by Arun on time.

Blockers

Mapping details for periodic budgeting, cost rates etc not being shared to us yet is blocking the completion of dashboard development.

Leadership Context

Nikki Rodgers is joining the weekly call for dashboards scheduled on Monday.

Doner -Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM): The Stagwell team has successfully set up and connected to the GCP VM. Doner is currently finalizing assets and metadata and will notify Stagwell once they are ready to proceed with the pilot migration. Doner has a few questions for Adobe regarding metadata column field configuration; a working session with Adobe, Doner/CMV, and Stagwell is scheduled for Monday (4/27) to address these. Next steps: Following the AEM review call on Monday, Doner will provide the go-ahead to begin the pilot asset migration, potentially starting with the Blue Triton customer. Upon receiving confirmation, Stagwell will initiate asset and metadata migration. -Fusion AI–Driven Intake: The team met with Doner this week to demo the requested new business requirements and updates to the automation. The demo was successful, with feedback confirming that results are behaving as expected. Next steps: Stagwell will proceed with business-level testing and edge-case validation to ensure consistency and mitigate potential AI hallucinations or template inconsistencies. -Project Boards: This remains a Priority 2 item. Teams will reconvene to review requirements and walk through sample project boards, including any examples Adobe may share, tentatively targeted for May after completion of the Timesheet multi-threading UAT.

Stagwell HR/Recruitment Team: > Met with Nick to clarify HR’s support goals and iCIMS integration needs. > Internal review with Stagwell, Odin, and Lauren confirmed that CSC delivered only the iCIMS intake form; additional > HR requests were identified later and are out of scope of the original CSC implementation. > Recruitment is requesting expanded iCIMS integration to support: -Automated resource management via weighted utilization and recruiter profile tagging for improved role routing and triage. -Agency chargebacks & financial reporting through recruiter time and utilization tracking by agency. Next steps: - Stagwell Core Team to complete gap analysis comparing Odin’s CSC configuration vs. HR requirements. - Review gap analysis results on Tuesday (4/28). - Schedule follow‑up with Nick mid‑week to further refine requirements.

Harris Poll: -UAT Plan Locked: Agreed UAT structure by workflow phase with a separate Finance UAT track. -Schedule Realignment: Non‑finance UAT to run week of May 4; Finance UAT consolidated on‑site May 19–21 (NYC) due to close and availability constraints. -Finance Alignment: Conducted Finance demo/walkthrough; addressed questions and issued a final decision tracker to Harris Poll. Key Decisions Closed: -Qual vs. Quant handled as separate product lines/projects for accurate finance tracking. -Emerald confirmed out of scope for launch (deferred to post‑go‑live). -Build Readiness: MVP build functionally complete; awaiting final inputs to freeze for UAT. Next Steps: • By Apr 29: Harris Poll to close all remaining decisions in the tracker. • Week of Apr 27: Run UAT prep session; finalize test scripts and data. • Next Week: Hold integration testing working session; confirm data migration validation. Early May: Confirm adjusted UAT schedule with leadership and proceed to UAT kickoff.

Blockers

Open Decisions: Outstanding ownership/approval and scenario inputs from Harris Poll could delay UAT if not resolved promptly. Integration Testing: Salesforce ↔ Workfront ↔ Maconomy test scope needs final definition. Compressed UAT Window: Limited buffer for remediation post‑UAT. External Items: Tango and ContractSafe pending approvals (non‑blocking for launch but impacting readiness).

Leadership Context

Build and UAT approach aligned; timeline risk remains due to pending decisions and integration details.
