Installation activity is ongoing with ISP setup work in progress and coordination happening on-site. Physical constraints from unexpected ducting placement are affecting the planned rack location. Network equipment has largely arrived on site. Switch compatibility is still under review with an alternative option being evaluated pending a quote. Additional vendor installations are scheduled but dependent on-site readiness. Rack installation is planned but not yet completed.

Blockers

Physical ducting placement is impacting rack positioning. Switch compatibility decision is still pending. Vendor timelines remain dependent on site readiness.

Leadership Context

Site readiness and network design decisions are the primary dependencies impacting installation sequencing and deployment progress.

P2

PRJ-035 INK - Miami Office Decommission

Networking Dev Ops

YELLOW

Scope definition is still in progress, and remaining work focuses on data and physical asset disposition following infrastructure migration completion. A large on-site data set requires a decision on handling approach. Data transfer planning is underway with estimated duration dependent on operational constraints. Equipment and hardware disposition is still pending confirmation. Office closure activities are being coordinated but are not yet finalized. Walkthrough scheduling and execution planning are still not confirmed.

Blockers

Data handling decision is still pending and is blocking downstream planning. Walkthrough scheduling is not yet confirmed. Equipment disposition and service termination timing remain unresolved.

Leadership Context

Final data disposition and walkthrough confirmation are the primary dependencies driving decommission execution and timeline certainty.

The office is already operational. Firewall configuration is still in progress with templates being developed. Access card delivery is still pending, and a subset of users is currently using phone-based access as an interim solution.

Leadership Context

Remaining work is focused on completing firewall configuration and transitioning users off temporary access once access cards are available.

In terms of other agencies - I have reached out to Consulum to check in with them on timing. Goodstuff is on pause, but will be checking with them next week. Locaria is locked in on a date, but they only have two people, so I have sent a message explaining core team, and I am working to get more people in the room before firming their date. Redscout has gotten back to me on a potential discovery week - I just need to confirm with Odin to make sure that the potential date works (just to make sure it's still viable) Didn't have too much time this week to work on these items, so they are not too much further than they were, but no red flags. I will be focusing on this Tuesday when I'm back.

Endpoint and Device Migration - 5 users remain unenrolled - Requested Andre to keep pushing for the remaining employees to enroll by Friday as a hard deadline - Requested Ralph to give an extra push to follow up on those individuals by afternoon - Give Ralph a list of the remaining users by Friday to send a targeted follow-up message/email to drive completion Apart from the 5 users: - Kristen mentioned Bailey Huff and Gab Auerbach's devices were not on the list - Andre is currently reconfiguring Bailey's machine; will add to the list after setup - Grace and Amanda (Jetfuel) will find and take care of enrolling Gab Auerbach's machine when they find it

Endpoint and Device Migration - Deep-dive discovery with Martin - No major complex/custom infrastructure identified. - Environment is relatively simple and manageable, which supports smoother migration planning. Consulum has 4 Office locations - Dubai (primary) - London (Bluefin) - Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) - Bahrain Current State - Mac security: Jamf Protect - VPN: ExpressVPN (user-funded) - Endpoints rely on Dropbox rather than local backups Future State - SentinelOne (replacing Jamf Protect) - Corporate VPN (Cisco / Palo Alto) Key Constraint - Jamf Protect must be completely uninstalled from the devices before migration, as it cannot coexist with SentinelOne - Paul started building out the Jamf side this week

Blockers

None so far.

Colle Mcvoy Migration Testing - Internal testing is complete and successful Core functionality validated: - Successful device migrations - Users can authenticate and connect to internal Wi-Fi Deployment Decision - No live migration meetings with users - Use a scheduled deployment window Plan - Pick a low-impact day (e.g., Thursday) with no major events - Execute bulk deployment within a defined timeframe - Begin pilot ASAP (early next week) - Keep momentum toward July deadline Next Steps - Move to live pilot testing with real users - Get 3 pilot users from Gael - Include both Windows and Mac devices - Paul will provide a list of AD-bound devices/users - Manny to develop restart detection & automation logic - Prepare Comms

Blockers

Risks and Mitigation Issue identified - Migration completes but does not force an automatic restart Impact - Users may experience: 1) Partial system functionality, 2) Inability to access files without reboot Proposed solutions: 1) Clear user communication to manually restart 2) Build automation logic - Detect migration completion (via registry keys / system state) - Trigger restart script 3) Use - Scheduled checks (every 5–10 minutes) - Conditional execution to control rollout

Completed Week 4 training activities. Conducted a 1-on-1 meeting with Shannon to discuss and align on the proposed Q2 and Q3 project priorities and initiatives. Also had multiple impromptu working sessions with David to gain further understanding of his ongoing initiatives, reporting processes, and active tickets. Alignment was set that all items and concerns are acknowledged; however, efforts will be prioritized and structured accordingly as the upcoming weeks will focus on projects targeted for Q2 and Q3 delivery.

Blockers

Not really a risk but seeing all things that David present impromtu, I need to manage his expectations and make sure that he understands that we will start to put a structure in place to make sure that would be able to achieve and track goals as we progress throughout the end of year.

Leadership Context

No major risks identified at the moment. However, based on the numerous impromptu items and initiatives raised by David, expectation setting and prioritization alignment are needed to ensure proper structure, tracking, and achievable goals are maintained throughout the remainder of the year.

Leadership Context

Completed Week 4 onboarding and transition activities, including alignment sessions with Shannon regarding proposed Q2 and Q3 project priorities and timelines. Workfront boards for the identified initiatives have already been established to support structured tracking and execution moving forward. Also conducted multiple impromptu working sessions with David to gain visibility into ongoing initiatives, reporting processes, operational activities, and active tickets currently being managed by the team. Initial expectation setting and prioritization alignment discussions were initiated to help establish a more structured project management approach focused on achievable Q2 and Q3 deliverables, tracking, and long-term execution planning.
