History

Most users and devices are enrolled in Jamf, with two users still partially enrolled requiring MDM completion. One device under Kaitlyn Albrecht is under review due to a possible duplicate or mismatch. SentinelOne is next, with a pilot scheduled for next week before broader rollout. Email and drive migration is running in delta mode through May 18 data and remains on track, with a confirmed June 16 cutover and planned tightening of the delta window before then. Training is scheduled for June 15 and June 18, with hypercare on June 17–18 and a Teams support channel planned. NinjaOne access is active for enrolled devices. Box remains in Phase 1 with SharePoint sample still needed. Copilot is planned as the replacement for Gemini, and BitTitan licensing may be required depending on final scope.

Leadership Context

June 16 cutover is fixed, with training and hypercare windows locked around it. SentinelOne pilot outcome will determine rollout timing, and scope decisions for Microsoft user inclusion may affect licensing.

Convergint install is currently held due to unresolved cabling responsibility between Convergint and Crowe, with confirmation needed on ownership and completion path. Kristie's return is expected to help escalate vendor coordination. Monoprice equipment is en route. FS ordering is pending final rack change confirmation in the 4th Floor Electrical Server Room. Sweetwater PO remains pending due to a ~$13K change. ArchKey requires a separate network design, with switch requirements (ports, speed, PoE) still being finalized. Fiber pull details with Gerardo/Livewire are still awaiting written confirmation. Comcast has completed onsite activity, but final install status is still being confirmed, while Lumen remains committed to the 29th. Rack relocation is complete, with minor reuse-item moves planned next week. Printers are onsite, with security/setup still in progress, and the Canon printer is expected mid-July with UniFlow planned after deployment.

Leadership Context

Delivery sequencing depends on cabling and network design closure. Late June is being used as a planning target for install activity, with Lumen’s 29th circuit date remaining a fixed milestone.

Current activity is focused on confirming data readiness and receiving final dataset transfer and curation outputs from stakeholders. Follow-ups are ongoing regarding data culling progress and NAS disposition planning. ISP coordination is in progress pending response. Walkthrough scheduling is still being coordinated, with alignment needed on timing and scope. E-waste handling for Miami equipment is under review, including identification of an appropriate vendor and approach.

Putting this one in Yellow as we have a critical deadline happening next week for the device login username change. Migration is almost completed and we are ready to switch them fully to assembly, one blocker is device replacement. For next week, our focus is getting rid of the email forwarding from ADK to Assembly, and changing their device login from ADK to Assembly to totally get rid of the ADK name on the device.

Blocker: Device replacement - this prevents the migration tofully switch them over to Assembly. Doing so would lock them out of their current ADK devices. The plan for next week is only a workaround we will implement to avoid legal issues with the use of the ADK name.

Putting this in yellow as we have not heard back from the agency yet regarding the validation document for the migration. Ed from Orch was able to change the Forsman users' Maconomy login to 72andSunny which is one workstream accomplished already. Next week, we will follow up and schedule a meeting with the m to review the validation document and get this project moving. Target closure is end of Q3.

We successfully deployed Proofpoint to Consulum which marks the end of their Okta onboarding. We will continue to monitor this next week before we fully hand this orver to Orchestration team for the Endpoint Device Management onboarding.
