Email and drive migration is running in delta mode through May 18 data and remains on track, with a confirmed June 16 cutover and planned tightening of the delta window before then. Training is scheduled for June 15 and June 18, with hypercare on June 17–18 and a Teams support channel planned. NinjaOne access is active for enrolled devices. Box remains in Phase 1 with SharePoint sample still needed. Copilot is planned as the replacement for Gemini, and BitTitan licensing may be required depending on final scope.
