Also had multiple impromptu working sessions with David to gain further understanding of his ongoing initiatives, reporting processes, and active tickets. Alignment was set that all items and concerns are acknowledged; however, efforts will be prioritized and structured accordingly as the upcoming weeks will focus on projects targeted for Q2 and Q3 delivery.
