Convergint work is moving forward, though no firm install date yet. Plan is to align install + configuration in one visit once internet is ready. Comcast is able to move quickly once racks are hung and power is confirmed. Crowe is targeting mid-May for rack hanging and floor-to-floor fiber (4th floor). Hardware-wise, Meraki has been ordered. Amazon localized PO has been submitted and is pending approval. FS PO is also in the approval flow. Archkey is working to schedule a site walkthrough (likely Friday) and will handle planning/config/oversight while Crowe executes installation. Racks are being cleared and will be relocated to the mechanical room for reuse in 4th floor wiring. Printer contracts are expected by end of April, with delivery/install targeted for the third week of May.

Main risk is Monoprice still stuck in finance approval, which is critical for termination (keystones/end caps). Lumen circuit has been ordered and expedited, but latest indication pushes install into June with no confirmed date. Electrical drawings are also overdue, which may impact timelines.

This effort ties into broader office moves (including phased moves and office/AD decommissions). AD decommission is already in progress under Orchestration. Colle McVoy decommission is the only Infra-owned scope (targeting July–August), while other offices/agencies are managing their own.

Veritas - had their first Copilot training this week - it went well, potentially will have follow up sessions. CMV - Still waiting to confirm sessions for their group - they are asking to push to July. Hunter - Was able to set up cadenced sessions to extend every week through the end of May - there will be one per week. Reply Partnership - Things are mostly on track per our status call and I have been keeping close to the team.

Remaining users already received the OIE upgrade and installing. Awaiting all users to have it complete. This is technically done. We are just waiting until next week to confirm if everyone has successfully upgraded without issues to mark it as an actual completion of the project.

This week, we were able to meet with Insight (possible 3rd party migration team) to do the Confluence Migration from Maru to Harris. Total migration cost would be around 68K on top of the additional licenses HP need to purchase to accommodate the users' move. Next week, we will meet with JT to asses the cost, make a decision if we will proceed with the migration or plan to decommission Confluence altogether and move the content somewhere else. We are also closing out the rest of the project in the next 2 weeks for the part 2 applications.

No progress on the remaining 72NS dashboards’ development because Jessica still hasn’t provided the necessary mapping details. For the completed dashboards, PBI team finally provided the updated technical documents after almost 3 weeks for Milda to review. Kantata and RSM data migration were completed by Arun on time.

Doner -Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM): The Stagwell team has successfully set up and connected to the GCP VM. Doner is currently finalizing assets and metadata and will notify Stagwell once they are ready to proceed with the pilot migration. Doner has a few questions for Adobe regarding metadata column field configuration; a working session with Adobe, Doner/CMV, and Stagwell is scheduled for Monday (4/27) to address these. Next steps: Following the AEM review call on Monday, Doner will provide the go-ahead to begin the pilot asset migration, potentially starting with the Blue Triton customer. Upon receiving confirmation, Stagwell will initiate asset and metadata migration. -Fusion AI–Driven Intake: The team met with Doner this week to demo the requested new business requirements and updates to the automation. The demo was successful, with feedback confirming that results are behaving as expected. Next steps: Stagwell will proceed with business-level testing and edge-case validation to ensure consistency and mitigate potential AI hallucinations or template inconsistencies. -Project Boards: This remains a Priority 2 item. Teams will reconvene to review requirements and walk through sample project boards, including any examples Adobe may share, tentatively targeted for May after completion of the Timesheet multi-threading UAT.
