As of 3/23, Skunkworks is in execution and planning production deployment next week. The key focus is completing all testing and deployment tasks today to meet the mid-week testing target for go-live. Development and production environments are already deployed, and configuration tuning was in progress. DNS has been requested, but final naming confirmation may still be pending.

Time-critical execution remains the main risk: any incomplete testing or deployment could delay next week’s go-live. DNS naming still requires confirmation. Coordination dependencies (deployment session and shared mailbox setup) may also still pose minor execution risk if not already closed.

Doner is in the process of finalizing their assets, while Stagwell is reviewing and analyzing them to identify follow‑up questions and determine the most appropriate migration approach. >Fusion AI–Driven Intake: Initial TP has commenced to establish context for the initiative. Preliminary requirement‑related questions have been addressed. Stagwell is currently reviewing the requirements provided by Doner to assess and define the recommended approach. >Project Boards: Adobe has advised that they are also engaging with Doner on Project Boards related to project management activities.
