Endpoint migration is nearing completion, with only a small number of MDM profile approvals remaining. User comms was sent and the next comms is planned for Monday, ahead of the upcoming all-hands. Discovery identified a separate M365/SharePoint tenant; initial assessment and domain usage review are underway. Three new Macs have been ordered and enrolled in DEP/ABM, with device deployment planning in progress. SentinelOne pilot remains active and awaiting the next checkpoint.

Custom domain association within the separate M365 tenant may block domain addition to the target environment if not addressed before cutover. Domain usage has been confirmed in the separate SharePoint environment; retention and migration requirements are still being evaluated. Remaining MDM profile approvals require closure, though they are not currently impacting timeline.

Migration activities are substantially complete, and focus is shifting toward cutover readiness and risk mitigation. Discovery of the secondary M365 tenant introduced a new dependency that could impact final domain migration planning. DNS access coverage and administrative permissions are being reviewed to reduce single-person dependencies during cutover.
