MDM/Endpoint workstream has kicked off; discovery phase in progress. Okta apps are staged for go-live on cutover day. EUC support model already operational via existing Team support pod. Box work is admin-only and out of current migration scope.

Project is progressing through final pre-migration steps, with dependencies actively being resolved. Key decisions (license ownership, user handling) are closing, enabling transition into execution. Cutover remains the critical milestone requiring cross-workstream coordination. Timeline clarity will improve as provisioning completes and Orch discovery progresses.

In flight agencies: TEAM - Coordinating with Andre to see where the ADP open issue is at, Monique on the TEAM team is wondering about comms examples as a guide for the next steps in their implementation (training, etc) so I am working to get these. Anomaly - Working to get LMS access confirmed as well as scheduling an Adobe led demo for AEM. They have their first Stagwell status call set up for Friday this week. Instrument - No real updates for Instrument, everything is green right now. Upcoming agencies: Forsman - They have their discovery sessions later this month. Currently waiting on their discovery questionnaire. Need to send them a demo of Workfront. They are inquiring about Sandbox access prior to discovery - I have connected with the Odin team on getting that. Targeted Victory - Waiting to get some dates for the discoveries - we are targeting May. Will check in with Max again this week. Allison - For Allison, this week I am working to get a second (larger) exec. briefing - their agency is large and we need to discuss how we are going to do discoveries. I am also working to get them started on their AI Enablement project at the same time as they go through CSC. INK / Goodstuff / Locaria - Still working on nailing these dates. Working with Saif on this. Redscout - Executive briefing is scheduled for May. NRG - waiting on the agency side to confirm the Exec. Brief - dates have been given. Doner: - Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM): Stagwell is currently reviewing the assets in Box to determine the optimal migration approach into AEM. A GCP bucket has been requested from Infra (Robert) to temporarily stage assets ahead of migration. A walkthrough is scheduled next week to review Doner’s metadata process and address outstanding questions related to the final migration scope. - Fusion AI–Driven Intake: Questions regarding the AI-driven scripting have been raised with Doner. In parallel, the team has begun building the Fusion automation. An internal technical prep session is planned next week to identify any gaps before scheduling a follow-up with Doner for requirement clarification and review of live data samples. - Project Boards: It was confirmed this week that Stagwell will support the Project Boards setup for Doner. This effort is temporarily paused due to competing priorities on the Doner side. In parallel, Adobe will create sample Board configurations to demonstrate available options, which will be reviewed with Doner during a future call with Daniel to further discuss Project Boards.
