Notes: Consulum Onboarding - Might need support from leadership to help align with Mitch and Greg if we are to proceed with the MDM migration, if we don't hear from them within the next two weeks. Will follow up with them first in the coming days.

Scopes have been updated for AI Enablement Plans in Workfront - 72 and Sunny, Veritas, Hunter, UNR. Working to schedule and confirm Copilot 101 sessions for Veritas, Advanced Sessions for CMV (dates given for both). There is a meeting on the calendar this week to go through 72 and Sunny. My next steps with 72 and Sunny and Hunter are to coordinate with Adobe, for their Adobe led AI Enablement trainings. I am working on getting a project plan in Workfront for Allison.

PRJ-023 ADK Merge to Assembly [RED]

Progress

Go-live is proceeding for ADK - Assembly Australia and Hongkong this April 9 - 10. Other regions are for scheduling in the succeeding weeks.

Blocker

Blocker: We need answer from leadership if the domains will be transferred over to the Assembly tenant. We need to understand the legalities of the acquisition, if the name and the domain will still be used.

Context

Need extra push on this as it may cause delays in go-live for all regions

Doner: - Asset Migration (Xinet/Box → AEM): Following the metadata walkthrough, both Stagwell and Doner now have a clear and aligned understanding of the path forward. Stagwell has finalized the overall migration approach, while Doner will identify the pilot assets for migration and complete metadata cleanup to address current mismatches. Once Doner provides the pilot assets and prioritized metadata, the migration will commence. -Fusion AI–Driven Intake: The kickoff call was held this week to address new questions that surfaced as the Stagwell team began developing the Fusion AI automation. These questions were addressed during the session, and a live demo was presented to the Doner team to showcase how the automation functions. Next steps include finalizing the remaining fields requiring modification and reviewing the use cases that Doner will provide by Monday. A recurring cadence call has been scheduled to monitor progress. -Project Boards: Chelsey confirmed that she will begin working on this item. The teams will regroup to review requirements and walk through sample project boards, including examples that Adobe may provide.
